Travel Week #34 Year #2 (2/20-2/26) Madison, FL Madison RV & Golf Resort
Day #2 of travel for the weekend from eastern AL to middle of northern FL (aka “Deep South”/”Hillbilly Country” that I found lovely and quite at home 
)
A day to get settled in.
Taking Munchlax for a doctor appointment to check on a nasty wart that won’t go away and then some shopping. TUESday 2/22/22 at 2:22:22pm.
School in the morning and then a very cold swim on a beautiful hot day with our first alligator sighting (albeit from a distance).
School and bills/paperwork and groceries.
Chores and more shopping because these kids keep growing and evidently don’t have any summer clothes that fit.
Working on TAXES! but we got mostly done which might be a new record for us.
Overnight stop on our way to Florida
Nice site at Madison RV & Golf Resort in Florida.
A lot of TWOs! TUESday 2/22/22 at 2:22:22pm, 82F inside and 102F outside (in the full sun).
It was over 80F for three days in a row so the kids wanted to go swimming. The water was COLD! They still had fun, though.

Our first alligator sighting! He is that long dark strip in the middle of the water. He swam a lap or two around the pond and then stayed on the far side.
